This Peavey Raptor Plus EXP is a solid-body electric guitar featuring a double-cutaway body design. The instrument is finished in a classic three-color sunburst. It is constructed with a bolt-on maple neck and a dark wood fretboard, likely rosewood, featuring twenty-two frets and white dot position markers. The electronics package follows an HSS configuration, consisting of a single humbucker in the bridge position and two single-coil pickups in the middle and neck positions. Controls include a master volume knob, a master tone knob, and a five-way pickup selector switch. The guitar is equipped with chrome hardware, including a synchronized tremolo bridge and six-in-line die-cast tuners. The headstock clearly displays the Peavey brand name along with the Raptor Plus and EXP model designations. A small adhesive tag with the handwritten number 33 is present on the front of the headstock.
