Scout's notes

This is a Kona Signature Series jumbo-style acoustic-electric guitar, model KSJ3CEN. The instrument features a single cutaway body design constructed with a natural-finished wood top and reddish-brown wood back and sides consistent with mahogany or sapele. The mahogany-finished neck is topped with a dark wood fingerboard featuring white dot position markers. The headstock is adorned with the Kona brand logo in stylized white script and features six chrome-finished enclosed tuning machines. A distinctive sawtooth patterned rosette surrounds the soundhole, which is currently fitted with a black rubber soundhole cover. The guitar is equipped with a side-mounted active preamp and equalizer system and a uniquely shaped dark wood bridge with white bridge pins. An internal manufacturer label is present with a serial number appearing to begin with 0311. This lot includes a white Tolex-covered hardshell case with chrome hardware and a plush interior.
