The 30-day guarantee
Every paid plan (Featured and Spotlight) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If BidDog is not worth it to you within 30 days of your first payment for a plan, email hello@biddog.co and we will refund that payment in full. No forms and no questions.
Cancel any time
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and then your house returns to the free Listed plan. Your lots stay on BidDog.
After the first 30 days
After the guarantee period, we do not refund partial months. You can cancel whenever you like: cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again.
If you switch between Featured and Spotlight in the billing portal, Stripe adjusts your next bill for the rest of the month, up or down.
If we made a billing mistake, such as charging you twice or charging you after you cancelled, tell us and we will refund it, whenever you notice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Items bought at auction
BidDog is not part of any auction or sale, so we cannot refund items you win. Returns and refunds for auction purchases are handled by the auctioneer, under their own terms.
