For auctioneers

Remove a listing or opt out

BidDog points buyers to your auction page. If you would rather not be listed, tell us and we will take care of it.

Send a request

Use this form to opt your auction house out of BidDog, to remove specific lots, or to report something that should not be here. We act on every request within 2 business days, and we email you when it is done.

An address at your own domain helps us confirm the request faster.

What would you like us to do?

BidDog lot links or the links on your own site both work.

We may email you to confirm the request comes from the auctioneer before we delete anything. We reply from hello@biddog.co.

Or block our crawler

If you only want our crawler to stop visiting your site, add this to your robots.txt. We always honor it.

User-agent: BidDog Disallow: /

We keep a copy of your robots.txt for no more than 24 hours, so this takes effect within a day. It stops new visits; to remove lots that are already indexed, send the form above too. Read the full bot policy.

What happens next

  1. You get an email confirming we received your request.
  2. We check that the request comes from the auctioneer or someone allowed to act for them. If we need more, we reply to you.
  3. Within 2 business days, we remove the lots and, for an opt-out, stop indexing your auctions.

Changed your mind later? Email hello@biddog.co and we will start pointing buyers to you again.
